The powerful internal multiple flame port burners make it possible to grill not only fast but also insure that the product with a crispy outside, while retaining the juiciness inside. "Superheated" infrared burner cover (over 750℃/1380゜F)actually beads and repels spilled oils and/or sauces, rather than burning them. This results in virtually smoke-free grilling. Old-fashioned, smoky, sooty burners are a thing of the past.
